The Story of a Family Recipe
Located in Saint-Antoine-de-Tilly, on the south shore of Quebec City, Les Jardins Saint-Antoine is a true family business. Founded in 1997 by Normand Cyr, the company proudly carries on a family tradition spanning nearly 30 years, passing a father’s passion on to the next generation. That passion began in the 1960s, when Normand Cyr founded the GoGo Pizza restaurants, renowned for the delicious sauces that topped their pizzas and pasta dishes. A few years after the restaurants closed, he launched Les Jardins Saint-Antoine to share the pasta sauce that everyone kept asking for.
The Next Generation
Today, Normand Cyr’s children, Geneviève and Charles-Alexandre, proudly carry on the family business that everyone in the family has helped build. Through their shared dedication and hard work, Les Jardins Saint-Antoine has grown into a thriving, successful company. Today, its products are available in more than 250 retail locations, thanks to the exceptional flavour, freshness, and outstanding quality that have earned the loyalty of customers across Quebec.
A family tradition of crafting unique, high-quality sauces for over 20 years.
Artisan Craftsmanship: The Taste of Carefully Crafted Quality
The true secret behind Les Jardins Saint-Antoine is, of course, the sauce. From the very beginning, it’s the traditional production methods that have given our sauces the simple yet refined character that customers have come to love.
We take great pride in preserving an authentic, handcrafted approach at every stage of production. From the kettle to the grocery store shelf, every step is done by hand—from preparing the ingredients and slow cooking the sauce to filling each jar. By keeping mechanization to a minimum, we maximize flavour, quality, and authenticity.
